1. Upon filling up the order form, you are 100% sure of purchasing the products. Once you submit the form, all your orders through PotchKart are non-cancellable.2. If you opt to cancel otherwise, you will be liable to pay half the price of the product you ordered.3. Double check everything before you submit the form. Please ensure that your address includes correct house number, street name, barangay and province. Any incomplete address may cause delays in shipment and will completely be out of our responsibility.4. Always pay ON or BEFORE the DOP (Deadline of Payment).
Customers who failed to pay ON or BEFORE the DOP will be banned from ordering again with us and will be posted as BOGUS BUYERS. Strictly NO REFUNDS.6. If in case you failed to pay on the given DOP but you are really sure that you'll get your orders, please let us know. There will be a Php 50 penalty fee / day for the delay of payment.7. Submit your PROOF OF PAYMENT on the provided link found in order confirmation email. ALWAYS fill-up the form for every payment done. NO PAYMENT FORM = NO PAYMENT.8. Refund will only be available if the item is confirmed to be sold out or phased out. This status will only be confirmed once PotchKart orders from our suppliers. We also do not refund items that have factory defects as it is out of our control.9. PotchKart does not manufacture the items being sold. Factory defects for sealed items such as discoloured printing/inclusions or damaged from International and Local couriers are not under PotchKart’s liabilities but we always make sure that the products are packed well before shipment.10. We can only refund up to 50% of your total order amount depending on the extent of damage ONLY IF proven that the cause is the poor packaging. NO UNBOXING VIDEO = NO REFUND. Unboxing video MUST be uncut starting from opening the delivery pouch, bubble wrap or box for it to be valid and accepted.ADDITIONAL NOTES: All items include a fixed Php 20 packaging fee.
